About the Role
規劃及執行DM通路相關訓練課程。(1) 規劃執行業務主管及Sales專案課程，提升DM通路業績產能及業務人員定著。
(2) 進階銷售課程與現場輔訓課程講授，提升DM業務人員正面心態及銷售技巧。
(3) DM新進業務人員職前訓練講師，執行公司商品、銷售技巧及業品等課程。
(4) 了解現場DM通路業務運作，協助規劃業務發展活動及各項訓練戰鬥營。
