The Trainer, Learning & Development is responsible for facilitating instructor-led (in-person and virtual) training related to core business practices and leadership concepts. As a member of the Learning and Development (L&D) team, this individual is a key contributor to the team's strategy, helping to drive business objectives through performance-based training and effective new hire onboarding programs. This individual also collaborates with the team in course creation using a blended learning approach, ensuring content accurately represents Company policies and business objectives. This individual is expected to represent the Atria culture and ensure participants feel supported throughout their learning experience.
