Job Description Summary:
As a member of the Talent Management team, this role will primarily focus (75%) on developing and facilitating training on leadership related topics. 25% of their time will be spent supporting the sales training team.Job Description:
Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)
Design, develop, and deliver leadership development programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of all Option Care Health team membersFacilitates and evaluates Manager Effectiveness Training. Consistently review course to reflect current industry trends, alignment to organizational goals, management & leadership best practices.Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to develop sales training content in line with commercial growth goals and employee needs. Create materials for sales training as needed to support learning needs.Manage internal OCHO site for all Leadership Development courses and programs. Attend monthly meetings with communications lead and update consistently as necessary. Collaborate with various departments and subject matter experts to identify training needs and design engaging, relevant, and effective training programs and materials.Conduct thorough evaluations of training programs to measure their effectiveness, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.Proactively identify opportunities to enhance training programs, delivery methods, and evaluation techniques, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.Assist with the design and implementation of a company-wide mentor programConsults with instructional designers when new training needs to be designed.Supervisory Responsibilities

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements
Bachelors degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years of experience facilitating training programs focusing on leadership and sales, including one-on-one and classroom- live & virtual.
Basic Qualifications
Excellent oral and written communication skills, proficient presentation and training skills, and problem solving skills.Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.Proficient in using various training delivery methods, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning approaches.Must be able to work autonomously while remaining focused on core initiatives.Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteTravel Requirements
Potential travel for business purposes (10% - 20%)
Preferred Qualifications & Interests
Bachelor’s DegreeKnowledge of training and development, including principles of adult learning, training, organizational methodology and assessment techniques.Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below:
Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Pay Range is $61,163.18-$101,960.70Benefits:
