Trainer 3rd shift
Adecco is currently seeking a Trainer for 3rd shift for a distribution center in Carlisle, PA. A Trainer’s key functions are to train processes and procedures through verbal instruction, demonstration, and trainee’s hands-on execution of required job skills. The Trainer will Conduct new hire orientations and refresher training classes. They will prepare for training sessions by organizing all necessary supplies and setting up practice training labs, merchandise, and training scenarios. The Trainer must be able to facilitate and deliver all classroom training content. Such as: PIT, NHO, Safety Training, etc. The Trainer will also assist in the development of training materials to ensure success of all Associates. Including the use of PowerPoint, Excel, translation software, etc. We are looking for candidates with the following: + Strong work history + Strong attendance + Customer service background with strong communication skills + Public speakers + Work independently + Able to provide conflict resolution The hours are 11pm to 7am, Sunday through Thursday.
