You have an opportunity to personally thrive, make a difference and be part of a culture where individuality is noticed and valued every day. **Trainer** **$25/Hour** Must be in local time zone and work 8am – 5pm MST **Job Description:** + Conducts skills, technical and developmental training for individuals and groups + Uses assessment tools to determine effectiveness of training programs + Conducts follow ups to determine applicability of course material + Evaluates training methodology + Works with the project manager/coordinator to incorporate training tasks in the project work plan + Facilitates communication of staff suggestions and lessons learned to other learning team members and leadership + Completes special assignments and other relevant duties as assigned, to ensure successful completion of project + Exhibits and promotes adherence to company methodology, tools, and best practices + Assists with the coordination of reporting, routing, and verifying the resolution of training-related issues + Provides coordination, facilitation, and encouragement for cross-team interaction and sharing + Works with others to continually review and improve processes **Skills/Knowledge (Minimum Requirements)** + Training Coordination and Learning Management System (LMS) experience (Brainshark and Cornerstone for example) + HS diploma or GED. Associate’s degree highly preferred + Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel + Strong time management and prioritization skills + Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal + Knowledge of adult learning methodologies + Strong computer skills, including various software programs + Experience working in an education and/or training environment preferred + Experience with training assessments, improvement implementations and reporting preferred + Experience working with business intelligence end users not required, but is a plus **Responsibilities** + Conducts training classes on the features and operation of products and technology, client tools and processes. + Organizes the training content in a clear sequence for delivery. + Works with subject matter experts to keep content current and effective. + Reviews and prepares training resources and materials to deliver classes. + Collects training feedback from participants. + Analyzes, produces, and distributes training reports. + Performs other duties as assigned. + Complies with all policies and standards. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
