This position works out of our Arecibo location in the CRM division. As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias, or irregular heartbeats.
Shift: 1st Monday- Friday
As a Trainer you will provide operational training to facility production personnel to ensure employees acquire and maintain skills and knowledge necessary to assemble products according to specifications and compliant with regulatory requirements. Performs on-the-job training, skills training in production areas. Participates in the development and implementation of new training programs and may introduce new processes and sequences for manufacturing areas.
What You’ll Do
Train the manufacturing Operators in Manufacturing Procedures & Functional Area.Responsible of assuring training compliance and definition of training need of all operational personnel. Perform Training Audits.Coordinate and support all the training and cross training plan with a supervisor assuring each employee complies with the training goals.Conduct training certification programs and procedures, checklist and test to assure the compliance of the changes in the manufacturing Provide refreshers/awareness or similar training. Report training failures and successes. Support product transfer activities.Generate the adequacy training documentation of employees in compliance with regulatory training requirementsManage the annual activity of Training Records to Document Retention. Ensure the compliance of the Quality Records.Ensure compliance with all procedures including all applicable regulatory agency requirements.Maintain and manage all management practices to support Environmental Management System.Other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications
High School Degree. Associate degree is preferable.1+ years of experience in the manufacturing process in Abbott. Preferred experience in medical devices.Able to read and understand documents both in English and Spanish.Knowledge in computer programs: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.Capacities to calculate, coordinate, detect, evaluate, inspect and collect.Must be certified in production procedures.Must have interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.Apply Now

The base pay for this position is $12.97 – $24.63 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
