Trains new non-exempt employees in safe equipment operation, selection practices, productivity, quality and efficiency as outlined in the C&S Training Experience. (25%)Trains and certifies employees on power equipment while emphasizing company safety standards. (20% )Coaches new hires in efficiency and monitors weekly performance standards. (20%)Evaluates performance and provides feedback that addresses training needs and promotes development. (20%)Shares observations and feedback with Training Leadership concerning new hire progress and development. Make recommendations on completion or extension of probationary period and issuance of discipline as appropriate. (5%)Identifies training needs and makes recommendations on program effectiveness.
