You will play a key part in the learning experiences of our students and be part of the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program.
Deliver language, literacy, numeracy & digital skills training Be part of making a difference in the community The Opportunity:Use your experience to engage students, use effective learning techniques and maintain a student centred approachIdentify barriers to learning to support student attendanceBring learning to life for students and use different forms of communication to gain positive outcomesConduct pre-training assessments and implement training to meet contract requirementsAbout you:Ability to work with a diverse participants Be a driven, supportive and community minded person, working with learners and in some regions, non-English speakers to support them in building future opportunities for themselves through learningAble to motivate and upskill jobseekers to improve their LLN skills to complete education and gain employmentHave the capacity and desire to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment at any given timeExcellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational areaQualifications:
