Should have total 4+ years of Experience required 2. Min. 1.5 - 2+ year of overall experience in customer service (inbound/outbound calls) 3. Min. 3 year of experience in supporting new trainees in process/product knowledge. 4. **Education Qualification – Any Graduation (Mandatory)** 5. Maintained best performance as an associate. 6. Experience/exposure to work for International clients. 7. Good comm and interpersonal skills, Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. 8. Creating Report, dashboard, manage bottom quartile team members and, Email writing. 9. Aware on feedback mechanism and performance improvements. 10. Provide inputs on process improvement and opportunities. 11.
