Summary
Develop training needs for Departments within Central Business Office. Write and edit technical documentation for all Applications using ISD methods. Plan, design and conduct repeating and re-certification training workshops. Determine training needs for vendor groups and act as on-site liaison as directed by VP, Revenue Cycle and/or Director of Central Business Office. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements, Preferences and Experience
Education
Preferred: 4 year College Degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field
Experience
Preferred: 3 years of relevant and related Healthcare Revenue Cycle Training experience
Minimum: Minimum of (5) years full-cycle Revenue Cycle work experience; minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in Patient Financial Services in an A/R management function.
Licensure, Registration, Certification
Minimum: DRIVER'S LICENSE (CURRENT)
Special Skills
Minimum: Strong public speaking, presentation and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Microsoft Project.
