Production Worker

Full Time, Non-Exempt (eligible to receive overtime pay)

 

First shift (Approximate start time: 6:00am)

 

Harris Ranch Beef Company is proud to be a family owned company, committed to supporting our communities in the Valley. We produce high quality meat items that are sold at grocery stores and restaurants in both the US and around the world.  

 

We are adding team members to our Fabrication Department to perform a variety of roles and tasks in the final step in producing the products for grocery stores. The Fabrication Team maintain the high standard for the cleanliness and safety of the products we produce as they prepare and package the beef products. 

 

Tasks used to accomplish our goal can include, but are not limited to the following:

 

Position Description

Starts work at 6am and average 40 plus hours per week. OT starts after 8 hours per day Assembly lines, task performing different cuts Prepares meat products, remove bones and cut meat into standard cuts for market Cuts, trims and sorts meat Uses tools and machinery including, but not limited to, knives, hooks, scale, grinder, saws and other hand or power tools Inspect meat products for defects Packages various different cuts in a fast paced environment
