Duties (included but not limited to)

Applies adult learning concepts when delivering educational programsTeaches classes and assists other instructors in classroom and work settingsUtilizes available standardized courses and instructor evaluation processesAssists in performing an annual education needs assessment as input to the strategic education programUtilizes a training database to track competencies and skills for SSC staffProvides training reports to SSC managers and directorsPractices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”Other duties as assigned
