In this role, you will be responsible for handling the business training for a Goods Retail business. You will work for the training function with a proactive and problem-solving approach with good logical reasoning ability and interpersonal skills that keep you connected all the time. Roles and Responsibilities
• We are looking for Domain trainer for General ledger , Income Journal and credit card process to onboard new team member and work with leads and customer on SOP regular updation, PKT's, upskill team etc...Also work on new property transitioning
• Handle every aspect of New Transitions from the Training perspective and leading the team from Knowledge Transfer into Stable Operations
• Build Pre KT KT Plans and ensure daily adherence and effectiveness of Training
• Readiness of new hire class – logistics, creation of documentation use of Learning Tools
• Timely effective pre - process process trainings (internal or client led)
• Feedback mentorship of new hires Process Trainers
• Ensure 100% adherence to SOPs/Update trackers, Update dissemination for all new and stable processes
• Conduct error root cause analysis, training needs identification, planning and conducting refreshers, knowledge assessments
• Build action plans for people missing SLAs during training and post training completion
• Lead the Quality metric for the process and accountable for the team of Quality auditors and be responsible for the Quality audit frameworks for the business
• Daily touch points with process trainers, SME to effectively drive knowledge management and people development practice
• Lead all the Quality and Improvement in execution projects
• Be a consultant to the business and advise operational improvement ideas
• Plan and organize employee domain and development programs and as per the training need identification
• Upskill employees on business domain based on training and development needs assessment
Essential skills:
• Must have an experience in Reporting, data analysis and views and creating PowerPoint slides with robust data views for all deliverables
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Effective probing skills, Proactive communication High analytical skills – should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data
• Passionate, committed to learn and make learning impact felt in the business
• Must have decision-making capability
• Problem solving skills with customer centric approach
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Good in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to independently interact with internal and external customers
• Excellent people management and customer management skills
• Effective presentation skills
• Focus on Customer satisfaction
