What you'll be doing:

Implementation and recording of coaching sessions 

Implementation of basic training 

Supervision of the coaching group 

Updating and  supplementing analog and digital training materials  

Coordination of all training-related points with the relevant stakeholders 

Pre- and post-processing of training courses 

Following the standards and specifications of the supervisor  

Continuous, independent updating of specialist knowledge 

Skills you need to succeed:

Experience in the field of training 

German or French C1 is a must  

English B2-C1 

Strong ability and willingness to learn 

Knack for sales  

Basic project management skills  

Leadership experience or subject matter expert is an advantage
