About the Role

The position is primarily responsible for handling and delivering all the training logistical requirements and administrative support for AIA PH Academy

Manages overall logistical concerns of AIA PH Academy, including but not limited to the following: travel arrangements, training supplies, and event execution.Tracks and monitors the Academy’s budget ensuring proper use of resources, and that department’s spending is aligned with company’s expense policy.Prepares finance-related support including end-to-end ARIBA process.Ensures timely filing and payment of Academy-related third-party providers such as the Learning Management System (E-Learning) provider and industry-related vendors such as LIMRA and GAMA and keeps records of the third-party provider contracts.Coordinates important schedules for Academy such as Planning Sessions, General Assemblies, Quarterly Business Reviews, etc.Maintains physical & digital files in an organized manner.Manages, prepares, plans, and maintains the inventory of office supplies, equipment, and the like for the Academy.Ensure timely release of supplies and equipment whether new or replacements.Performs other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
