Job Title: Ops Training Specialist I

Position Summary:

As Training Administration Specialist you will own and drive training administration efforts including the coordination, tracking and reporting of training attendance, supporting training logistics and class coordination and run the Training Feedback Mechanism.

This is a critical role for ensuring the success of the training efforts for GBS Shared Service Centers.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrate and track training completion and attendance for GBS SSC locationsCreate training reportsEnsure audit readiness on the Learning and Development areaSupport HR when L&D is in scope for auditSupport training specialists with training logistics and class coordinationMeasure the effectiveness of training events and learning initiatives, including clear metrics that drives continuous improvement, Coordinate Training Feedback MechanismWork with the Grant Administration Specialist to make sure that all grant requirements are metCreate and / or collect new joiners details, attendance sheets, certificates, study contracts and other training related documentsProvide data for the documentation to be created to settle the new joiners training expendituresWork with teams and colleagues who have grant related resposibilitiesMaintain and verify training documentations, reviews required time sheets, evaluation forms, attendance sheets etc.Complete government mandated reporting by the deadlines defined by the Adult Education LawWork with the Learning and Development Manager on grant related and other initiativesSupport the L&D Team with Training Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Delivery and training Evaluations

Skills Required:

Fluency in English (verbal and written)Experience as an administratorSelf-motivated, takes initiative and pride in running a smooth office administrationStrong attention to detailPrecisionClear and professional verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite with particular strength in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookUnderstanding of and ability to learn new IT and communications tools and systemsDemonstrable customer service excellenceExperience in organizing, multitasking, prioritizing and ability to work independently without regular direct supervisionMust have the ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may ariseAbility to multitask and to meet with strict deadlines
