BM TRADA is looking for an administrator to fulfil the role of a Training Administrator. This exciting opportunity is for a remote / work from home position and sits within our training division. Responsibilities Supporting our live training events – both in person and onlineCoordination of pre and post training documentation including quotes and follow ups through our CRM system, supporting the booking of dates, certificates creation and distribution of training materialsEngaging with our customers at each stage of the training process and supporting clientsMonitoring training events attendance and any incoming questions from customers to support the trainer throughout all live training eventsTelephone support for our customersCoordination and exam supportRepresentation of the company at training and events, where required Skills / Qualifications Good Mathematics and written EnglishConfident communication skills, both written and verbalStrong work ethic with a positive attitudeAn ability to multitask and prioritise when neededGood customer care skillsStrong organisational skills and detail orientedGood IT Skills (MS Office and working with databases)Ideally experienced from a training or administration backgroundAbility to work remotely from home with flexibility with start & finish times for training eventsAttend live in person training events, as required
