Role Details:

Reporting to Coordinator Safety & Training this role supports with the implementation and running of training on site.

This role is offered on 8 days on 6 days off roster and is Fly in Fly out from Perth or Drive in Drive out from the Goldfields region.

About the role:

 

This role supports the Safety and Training Coordinator with the implementation and running of training on site.

Ensure all aspects of training are met for job specific roles, and that all employees both Surface and Underground

Oversee and ensure all training compliance are conducted in-line with our Training management process.

Maintain compliance and ensure personnel have the necessary skills / Training for their work area within the Mining industry.

 

About you:

2 years’ experience in Training role.

Cert IV TAE40116 Training and Assessing  

Cert IV Occupational Health and Safety (Desirable)

Minimum 10 years processing plant experience in an Operator position

Experience in Safety & Training management programs such SuccessFactors LMS, INX(Desirable)

Computer Literate and capable in working with Microsoft, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook

ICAM Fundamentals (Desirable)

Prepare, Maintain and Test response equipment (Desirable)

C Class Driver’s License
