Pay Rate: $35 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract Our client, a top 5 bank in Canada is looking to hire a Training Advisor in their team for an initial 6-month contract with possibility of extension. This role is hybrid/remote within the Greater Toronto Area.
Responsibilities Include: Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness. Develop and organize training materials that include procedures, work instructions, business process overviews, and other visual aids Present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures. Coordinate with functional subject matter experts to develop training content. Assists with training assessment activities through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups or consultation with managers. Qualifications: 5+ years related training facilitation and training development experience Previous experience in financial/banking industry Media production, communication knowledge is a must Intermediate skills in Articulate Storyline/Articulate 360 Strong knowledge in curriculum design, instructional methods, and evaluating training effectiveness Advanced skills in MS Suite Bilingual in French is considered an asset Knowledge using SF tool is a nice to have If you are qualified and interested in this position please send your resume to Anojiha Kirupananthan at Anojiha@ifgpr.com today.
