TRAINING COMPLIANCE MANAGER AT PRIMEFLIGHT

The Training and Compliance Manager a is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for all staff, ensuring they meet the regulatory requirements and service standards of the airport/aviation industry. This role involves regularly reviewing and updating training materials in line with evolving regulations and best practices. You will conduct audits and assessments to verify compliance with internal policies and external regulatory bodies, addressing any discrepancies or areas for improvement. Collaborating closely with various departments to identify training needs and develop tailored programs that enhance employee performance and ensure passenger safety. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and compliance awareness among all employees.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage a team of trainers, ensuring their performance, development, and accountability Develop and oversee the implementation of training programs for all employees, ensuring compliance with airport regulations, aviation and service standards Conduct regular training needs analyses to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement Experience creating and update training materials and manuals to reflect the latest industry practices and regulatory requirements Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for various departments Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary Conduct regular compliance audits and inspections to identify any deviations from required standards Maintain up-to-date records of training and compliance documentation for audit purposes Collaborate with management and operational teams to integrate compliance and training initiatives into daily operations Stay informed about changes in legislation and industry standards that impact airport operations May be assigned other duties as required

 

QUALIFICATIONS

18 years of age or older Eligible to work in the United States Minimum 3 years training experience Minimum 3 years of Management or Supervisory experience Knowledge of the Aviation Industry Intermediate/Highly proficient Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documents  Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices  Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means Pass a background check and drug screen  Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable) Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
