As a Training and Development Partner, you will be responsible for the effective development, coordination, and presentation of training and development programs for employees throughout the region and organization. You will assess learning needs, drive training initiatives, and implement suitable training solutions to support employee growth and success. Key Responsibilities:
Assess regional and organizational learning and development needs to drive training initiatives.
Identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees by prioritizing training needs.
Assist with Human Resources (HR) new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
Administer the learning management system, including course creation, enrollments, and reporting.
Assist HR, Compliance, and program leaders with employee training investigations and action plans.
Maintain a database of training/mandatory requirements for all positions and assigned regions.
Assist with internal and external audits regarding employee training records.
Develop and implement effective methods to educate employees and enhance performance.
Plan and coordinate professional development opportunities, including budgetary planning.
Maintain and update the Training and Development Calendar and email account.
Develop and maintain tools such as training manuals, visual charts, videos, and newsletters.
Conduct performance evaluations to measure training effectiveness and satisfaction.
Coordinate internal and external training opportunities.
Serve as a certified trainer for internal programs as needed (CPR/FA, CPI, etc.).
Facilitate and organize workshops/training sessions with external stakeholders.
Regularly visit assigned facilities to assess and support training initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred.
High school diploma and at least two (2) years of experience in training and development or a closely related field required.
Knowledge of adult learning theories strongly preferred.
Related training certifications preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
Strong project management and presentation skills.
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and web-based applications.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse workforce.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
Willingness to travel as needed.
