Senior Training and Development Specialist Simulation

In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and delivering high impact training programs, driving data automation, and leading key initiatives to enhance clinical education. You'll be instrumental in refining ROI processes, marketing and communications, and collaborating with simulation educators to design innovative learning experiences. Additionally, you'll be a key player in preparing our department for prestigious accreditation with the Society for Simulation in Healthcare and the American College of Surgeons. Job Summary Serves as a specialist in the development, planning and execution of educational programs for employees, leaders and physicians of Corewell Health. This role will lead the development and maintenance of data automation for the clinical simulation department. Essential Functions + Plans, coordinates, implements, promotes and monitors educational offerings as indicated by organizational needs. + Acts as a collaborative business partner across the organization to understand and identify learning and performance needs. + Understands various approaches in designing learning that best meet the specific needs of different audiences. + Demonstrates knowledge of and leverages a broad range of tools and technologies to enhance the learning experience. + Able to measure and analyze learning outcomes to continuously improve learning effectiveness and business impact. + Ensures that responsible decisions are made regarding use of training and development budget resources.
