Training and Induction Specialist
The primary focus of this role will be training delivery/facilitations.

This role is responsible for initially designing and delivering a brand-new companywide induction, giving people the knowledge and skills required for a great start within the business. This is an exciting opportunity to use your passion and knowledge to engage and develop your colleagues.

You will design and deliver an innovative approach that meets the needs our learners and responds to business priorities. You will use your existing skills and experience, along with ideas and activities already taking place in Thames Water to develop and deliver a learning program that may take place across various Thames Water sites, and to a range of different colleagues and roles. 

What you’ll be doing as a Training and Induction SpecialistFacilitate engaging training sessions through various methods, including workshops, virtual sessions, and on-the-job learningAct as an authority for learning/training design, ensuring learning is creative, engaging and effective for all learning stylesEnsure all learning solutions designed and delivered have clear learning objectives (using Blooms Taxonomy) and business outcomesHave a strong interest in innovative learning approaches and modern training techniquesWork with subject matter experts to gather and refine the raw content informationEngage across Thames Water to obtain buy in and commitment for the learning solutionUnderstand the importance of Learner Experience and how this plays a part in curriculum designBase Location: Hybrid-Reading/ Swindon - with frequent travelling required
