We're seeking a Training & Resourcing Manager to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
\n\nTo take overall accountability for the training schedule for the entire campus, keeping up to date with technical, mandatory and refresher training for all colleagues.\nTo devise and implement training courses, ensuring training content meets the requirement for a safe operational delivery\nMonitor Training & Resourcing FLM & Training FLM to ensure no skill drops out\nWorking closely with the planning department and the central resourcing team to ensure recruitment numbers are met in addition to playing a key part in their onboarding process.\nMaintenance of, and compliance with, the written CAA / DfT through training standards while overseeing and implementing all relevant security training legislation and changes\nManage all additional internal and external audits\nManage a team of Trainers and administrators\nProvide training plans to the operation for the year and produce training reports\nMaintaining and Auditing the training and recruitment paperwork and files to the required standard in preparation for internal and external audits\n\nWHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
