Perform administration for certifications and recertification.
Support quality and other related training.
Ensure the maintenance of training library.
Support onboarding training resources setup.
Maintain timely training records verifications, certifications & records archiving.
Support the contingent workforce training administration.
Ensure update of the MS Access training master.
Support SAP labor hours compilation for training.
Support the digitization of the training department.
To carry out any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
NITEC or Diploma in Business, IT, Engineering or any equivalent.
Competent in Microsoft Office Applications in Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
Good communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and attention to details.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
Strong digitization skillset and project experience in digitization is an added advantage.
Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
Relevant aerospace & aviation experience is an added advantage.
