About This Role The Training Centre Manager proactively leads and manages the integration of service delivery for their assigned platform(s) to meet the customer’s changing needs and ensuring adequate prioritisation, including leading the Integrated Platform Team (IPT).With responsibility for the relationship with the Logistics Authority (O-4), the Training Centre Manager ensures proactive identification and communication of issues and risks to customer and CAE to ensure contracted outcomes are delivered in an effective and safe manner. The role we are offering you + Customer liaison including onsite attendance at meetings and acting as the first point of contact for the Logistics Authority. + Leading an IPT (Integrated Project Team) of projects, maintenance, training, engineering, and functional support staff, and the first point of escalation for issues within this team. + Collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders within a matrixed organisation to ensure the compliant delivery of contract outcomes. + Development and maintenance of the “source of truth” Annual Work Plan, delivery of recurring services and projects against this plan, communication and reporting of performance. + Maintains and updates CAE’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for their assigned platforms. + Support with opportunities for their platforms.
