TRAINING & COMPETENCY COORDINATOR

We are working with our client based in Qatar to source a Training & Competency Coordinator. This is residential contract to be based in Qatar.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or related discipline
Experience: 6 years of experience working in a training department involved with planning and delivery of training programs.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain a training system designed to enhance Operations employees ability to function in their role and act in alignment with the required technical skills. Liaise with Operations Group management to identify and record the short and long-term technical training requirements and needs of employees. Assist all section heads in the production of an annual training plan and establishment of KPIs. Prepare training catalogue and training calendar in coordination with Training and Competency Lead. Identify materials and resources required to deliver best-practice technical training services to Operations groups. Create cost projections to be used as the basis for yearly planning and budgeting.
