In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a Training Compliance Planning Lead Consultant to bring fresh insights and expertise to our People department.
Role Overview
Join our team as a Lead Consultant, where you’ll be responsible for the development and growth of a small compliance planning team. This exciting role involves ensuring full training compliance for the whole Fleet, with a strong focus on Crew Experience throughout. You’ll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external, UK and overseas, to effectively plan training to meet Carnival UK Policy. You will have opportunity to identify and implement operational changes to enhance the crew journey and team effectiveness. A passion for compliance, strong communication skills, risk management, and stakeholder influence are key to success in this role.
This pivotal role will involve:
• Providing a professional Training Compliance service to operational areas through building sustainable, strong business relationships with key stakeholders
• Accountability for Fleet training compliance, ensuring clear communication of risk, mitigation actions and improvements, and striving to work within a proactive rather than reactive model
• Contributing to the development of Training Compliance KPI’s, including effective monitoring of team performance and communication with internal and external stakeholders
This role is positioned at CUK09 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, fixed term basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

• Budget management and reporting skills
• Efficient use of Microsoft 365 including Excel; Visio knowledge would be an advantage
