Ideagen Australia is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Training Consultant to deliver comprehensive product training to employees.
The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing employee knowledge and proficiency in Ideagen’s products, ensuring they are well-equipped to support customers effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, expertise in training delivery, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Develop learning programs and content based on the global Ideagen Training Methodology using appropriate design, content and technologies. Create scalable and bespoke training materialsIdentify opportunities for scalable taining deliveryDeliver online and in person, face to face training sessions to small - medium sized groups of users or assist in the delivery of larger training sessions.Collate and review course feedback, work with peers and managers to adopt changes to the training courses. Work with the Learning and Development teams to deliver continuous improvement and peer to peer coaching Skills and Experience 2-4 years experience with face-to-face training and online trainingExperience in developing training materials in a professional styleStrong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong facilitation skills; ability to manage a medium training group Excellent interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player; flexibleMotivated to work closely with other team members of varying levels of seniority and experience within a cross functional team
