A Training coordinator is responsible for identifying and providing training to internal customers to deliver an excellent staff experience while working with and ensuring that all departments are achieving their training objectives.

What will I be doing?
As a Training Coordinator, you are responsible for identifying and providing training to Team members to deliver an excellent experience. A Training Coordinator will also be required to assist departments in achieving training objectives. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nProvide quality training to Team members\nAssist in coordinating and administering Vocational Qualification\nPrepare and Adhere to in-house training plan\nIdentify training and development needs systematically throughout the hotel in conjunction with Line Managers/Head of Department, HR Manager\nAssist Line Manager/Head of Department in achieving training objectives and review on a monthly basis\nInteract with hotel leaders responsible for people development on a daily basis to provide support to operationaldepartments \nPrepare, organise, administer and conduct in-house training courses \nSupport individual and team development, career development, and training and experience-based learning\nInduct, coach, and mentor new Team Members\nAssist HR Administrator with recruitment and hiring of new team members \nEnsure new employees have received departmental and legal training\nHold monthly Departmental meetings with trainers to ensure training needs are being covered\n
