Training Coordinator

We are looking for a **Training Coordinator** to support the training compliance requirements and occupational certifications for our programs. **Why Join Us?** โœ” Play a key role in employee development and compliance โœ” Work in a dynamic and supportive environment โœ” Opportunity to build strong partnerships with training providers **Key Responsibilities:** ๐Ÿ”น Develop and deliver program-specific training, including designing content and schedules ๐Ÿ”น Coordinate internal and external training activities from request to completion ๐Ÿ”น Identify required certifications, licenses, and mandated training for program-specific positions ๐Ÿ”น Maintain training and certification records in HR systems ๐Ÿ”น Manage relationships with training providers, evaluating options and securing preferred providers ๐Ÿ”น Develop and implement annual training schedules and associated policies ๐Ÿ”น Support employees and managers with training and certification requirements ๐Ÿ”น Administer and proctor online standardized exams (PearsonVue) ๐Ÿ”น Promote and maintain health and safety compliance in the workplace ๐Ÿ”น Provide general administrative support for training-related tasks **What Youโ€™ll Need:** โœ” Experience in training coordination, learning & development, or HR support โœ” Strong organizational and administrative skills โœ” Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively โœ” Excellent communication and interpersonal skills โœ” Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite โœ” Experience with PearsonVue exam proctoring (desirable) โœ” Understanding of workplace health and safety compliance **How to Apply:** If you're ready to make an impact and grow in a rewarding role, weโ€™d love to hear from you!
