Job Description:
The Overseas Security Installation Services contract is looking to employ a candidate with knowledge of Department of State Technical Security Systems as a Training Coordinator.
What You'll Be Doing:
Support the delivery of training plans for each department.Source external training solutions to meet identified requirements.Create training schedules, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company.Use known education principles and stay up to date on new training methods and techniques.Support the preparation of training aids and materials.Conduct surveys from training sessions and prepare feedback reports.Gather feedback from trainees after each educational session.Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.What Required Skills You'll Bring:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related subject.A minimum of 5 years of experience with DS Technical Security Systems as an installer, Administrator, or similar role.The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearanceHands-on experience coordinating multiple events in a corporate setting.Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Experience with e-learning platforms (preferred but not a necessity).Intimate knowledge of Department of State Technical Security Systems (HDCCTV, Alarms, Emergency Notification, Door Controls).Intermediate computer skills are essential with experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.Excellent time management skills and the ability to work with little supervision to accomplish deadlines.Proficient problem solving and critical thinking.Strong communication skills.Minimum Clearance Required to Start:
