Requirements:
Grade 12, with a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources (advantageous). 1-2 years’ experience in training administration or facilitation. Familiarity with the FMCG industry, meat processing, and SETAs. Understanding of the Skills Development Act and Employment Equity Act. Strong communication, planning, and facilitation skills. Ability to manage training content, records, and compliance reporting.
