Project Selborne is a Transformational Training programme with a strategic goal of modernising Royal Navy training to deliver “better trained sailors to the front line faster”.
You will be delivering training to the Royal Navy on Warfare Radio Techniques within the Above Water Tactical Training Element. You will work within a wider team as well as using own initiative.

This is a term time contract working 45 weeks of the year. (2 weeks holiday at Christmas and Easter, 3 weeks in August).

Delivering Warfare training on Radio Techniques within the Above Water Tactical Training ElementPractical and classroom training of classes of 8-10Supporting line management and other delivery staff in training deliverySupporting piloting and implementing modernised training courses within the establishmentUpdating and maintaining training material

What we’re looking for:

Experience in delivering learning programmes and support functions to the Armed ForcesKnowledge of anti-submarine warfare - desirableexperience within the Royal Navy highly desirableGood communication skills both verbal and writtenGood IT skills using Microsoft OfficeExperience within the Defence Learning EnvironmentLevel 3 Training or Coaching qualification, would be an advantageMust be able to be cleared to UK SC level

About Project Selborne:

Project Selborne is a £1 billion, 12-year contract which commenced operations on 1 April 2021.  It is a strategic partnership between Team Fisher (a consortium of partners, led by Capita) and the Royal Navy, to transform 80% of shore-based training for sailors, submariners and marines.
