We are working closely with some of the largest customers in railway infrastructure (Bane NOR) and public transport (Sporveien) in Norway. Among other things, we are delivering a completely new digital signaling system for the railway, the European Rail Traffic Management System (ERTMS) and for the Oslo metro, Communications-Based Train Control (CBTC). The ERTMS project is the largest digitalization project in Norway to date.
Siemens Mobility is seeking an experienced Training Developer / Instructional Designer to drive customer projects according to Siemens standards and customer requirements.
We need an experienced person with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing complex projects for clients with high-quality expectations. This role will be based in our offices and training center in Oslo, Norway.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Your tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Preparation of training plans and concepts together with the training teamDevelopment of e-learning courses; documentation and visual content development (photo and video editing, preferably Adobe Creative Suite). Siemens is using Articulate Rise 360 for development of e-learningPreparation of training documentation and handling the approval process with the customerConducting training coursesSupport in preparation of training plans and concepts together with the training teamAdherence to the requirements of quality management (QM), configuration management (CM) and documentation management (DM) within the “Training” fieldTo succeed in the role, we believe you haveMore than three years of experience with training developmentGood knowledge of state-of-the-art training methods, both for classroom training and web-based training/e-learningDocumented teaching skills. Experience can make up for lack of formal education. Language: English (required), Norwegian (required), German (preferred) As a person you areSelf-goingProactiveExcellent communication skillsCustomer focused Result and quality orientedTeam playerGood multitasking skillsWe offer:You will become part of a strong professional environment at one of the world's leading mobility sectors.
