Job Description

Responsible for improving the content, flow, and visual appeal of training materials to ensure Continental is presented with a professional image and the training message is effectively communicated to sales team and customers. This role will assist in creating and managing all of the unit’s training materials, including presentations, videos, mixed media class content, event flyers, and diplomas, and will identify opportunities for new training material. A successful candidate will have the ability and desire to provide strategic recommendations for improving the flow of existing training content, adding a didactical approach and managing different platforms, and to develop new content.

Sales and Customer Training:

• Update and improve the flow of existing training materials and manage programs curriculum

• Develop new training material by collecting content from experts within the organization

• Ensure compliance of logo usage and brand guidelines in all the training environment

• Translate key content and Press/PR messages into effective training material and useful argumentation for sales team usage

• Assist with maintenance and cataloguing of photos and administrative activities from training events for Marketing use

• Monitor, evaluate and record training activities

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training program (surveys, questionnaires, interviews.)

 

Qualifications

 

BASIC

Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of related professional experience OR if no degree, must have 4+ years of related professional experience if no degreeGraphic design experience using Canva, Camtasia, Adobe Suite or similarKnowledge and experience in content creation, training platforms and Learning Management Systems (RISE, Articulate360, Bridge, etc.)Demonstrated ability to create effective training materialsStrong English communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)Ability to handle multiple assignments and drive a project to completionStrong skills and experience in Microsoft Office SuiteHighly motivated, goal oriented, collaborative, team player with the ability and implement change with a positive attitudeAbility to travel up to 10% of the timeContinental is not able to pay relocation expenses for this opportunityLegal Authorization to work in the US is required.
