This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Job DescriptionDesign, develop and implement competence development frameworks/programs tailored to shopfloor associates.Ability to align training initiatives with business and production objectives with strong collaborate with production managers, supervisors, and direct shopfloor associates.Strong facilitate the training sessions and engage shopfloor associates in hands-on learning experiences.Capability to generate reports and recommendations based on training assessments by using Power Bi dashbord.Ability to collect and analyze training data to measure effectiveness and impacts.Engaging associates and fostering a learning culture on the shopfloor.Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.Supporting and driving continuous improvement initiatives through employee development.

Qualifications

⁠Educational Background: 

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related fields.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English communication and presentation1-2 years' experience in competence development system e.g. training program, on-job training, training effectiveness evaluationHave basic knowledge of lean manufacturing process and continuous improvement (CI)Computer software and application knowledge for data analytic and media creation e.g. Power BI, Canvas, etc.Proactive behaviorCan-do and ownership mindsetDetermination and self-leading,Creativity and initiative, life-long learning, and good interpersonalOrganization and coordination skillCritical thinking and adaptabilityProject Management.Problem SolvingInfluencing skill and facilitation skills
