Training & Development Manager – Inclusive Collection EAME

Your role

We are looking for a Training Development Manager to lead the training and development function focusing on Inclusive Collection hotels and regional offices in EAME.

As the Training Development Manager, you will foster a strong sense of belonging at Hyatt through impactful onboarding and training. You will ensure colleagues receive the necessary training to excel in their current roles and prepare for future opportunities (service and functional skills). You will also serve as a trusted advisor to the Inclusive Collection leadership, supporting the EAME region in achieving strategic business priorities.

This role is based in Palma de Mallorca (hybrid, minimum 3 days in the office) and will report to the Director of Training Development EAME (based in Zurich). Periodic travel (20%) will be required.

Your Key Responsibilities

Training Strategy and ImplementationAdapt and execute the global training framework across all Inclusive Collection hotels and offices in the EAME region.Roll out global and regional training programs tailored to the region's needs.Training Needs AnalysisConduct comprehensive training needs assessments in collaboration with Hotel Operations and Commercial teams.Content Development and PartnershipsManage training resources by leveraging internal capabilities and external partnerships (“Buy, Build, Borrow” approach).Design and customize training content to meet regional and property-specific requirements.Trainer Network ManagementBuild and maintain a community of skilled trainers to ensure the consistent and high-quality delivery of programs across Inclusive Collection hotels.Program Delivery and FacilitationEnable hotels to deliver relevant training programs (identify internal facilitators, provide training, tools, materials and ensure quality).Deliver training programs and facilitate workshops for various audiences, mostly office colleagues.Impact AssessmentMeasure the effectiveness of training programs by evaluating their impact on business performance and employee development.Administration and BudgetingOversee training logistics, administration, and budget management.Manage relationships with government agencies (e.g., Fundae) to maximize available resources.Regional CollaborationActively contribute to the regional training community and support the development and execution of the broader EAME training strategy.

Your Qualifications Experiences

Min 2 years of experience in managing LD function. Communication: Exceptional ability to engage stakeholders and build enthusiasm for training initiatives.Facilitation: Strong workshop facilitation skills with excellent listening and questioning abilities.Execution: Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to take initiatives from conception to successful completion.Collaboration: Proven ability to foster cross-functional partnerships and break down silos.Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; knowledge of Portuguese, Greek, or Bulgarian is a plus.Industry Experience: Hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
