About the job:

Education and quality control expert responsible for designing and implementing educational content for marketers and field supervisors, as well as evaluating them in order to identify Strengths and weaknesses.

Responsibilities:

Designing and updating educational content for marketers and ambassador field recruitment supervisors (drivers).
Production and preparation of educational content including video, Slides and written documentation.
Conducting workshops and training courses in order to convey key concepts to the sales and recruiting teams.
Ensuring full understanding of concepts and training strategies by all team members.
Designing and Implementation of online and written tests to evaluate the performance and skills of employees. Analyzing the results of the tests and presenting analytical reports to the management. Producing up-to-date educational content tailored to the needs of employees based on the evaluation results.
Identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the team and providing training solutions to improve performance.
Working closely with different teams to identify training needs and continuously improve the quality of services. Educational and qualitative fields.
Creating attractive and useful content to be published on the virtual page related to marketers.

Requirements:

At least 1 to 2 years of experience in the field of sales training and Marketing
Communication and problem solving skills to transfer educational concepts as best as possible
Skill in data analysis related to knowledge and information of marketers.
Complete proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Ability to write formulas in Excel.
Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
Ability to manage time and effective planning.
