About the Position: The mission of the Corpus Christi Army Depot is to overhaul, repair, modify, retrofit, test and modernize helicopters, engines and components for all services and foreign military customers. Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) is the Army's Center of Industrial and Technical Excellence for Rotary Wing Aviation Maintenance Responsibilities Serve as training instructor and welding certification program manager participating in course development and welding certification credentialing. Instruct on welding theory, welding equipment operation and function, troubleshooting procedures to fix poor welds or equipment issues. Determine need for training content revisions and makes pen-and-ink changes to reflect lessons learned. Maintain student training and certification program records in the Total Employee Development Learning Management System. Initiate minor changes to improve course layout or to add additional material, such as curriculum, training aids, and safety equipment.
