Manage and oversee operations at the Sandvik Coromant Center
Maximize center utilization and financial efficiency
Plan and conduct technical training for customers, distributors, and internal employees (on-site and digital)
Organize and actively participate in customer events (e.g., TechDays)
Operate and program CNC machines in the center (ISO code, CAM programming)
Manage the training and event calendar, materials, and resources
Maintain partnerships with universities, technical colleges, and vocational schools
Support the introduction of new products (CoroPak: demos, presentations, customer videos)
Ensure a professional and customer-focused center operation (5S standards, cleanliness, safety)
Manage the SCC budget and monitor operational costs
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, R&D, and external partners (e.g., machine tool manufacturers)
