**Responsibilities:** Serves as the team lead for Hill AFB in Ogden, Utah and possibly a larger group of trainers across multiple locations. Responsible for initial and ongoing training, coaching and overall performance management of designated trainers. Handles logistical support as required including the securing of classroom space and coordination and confirmation of all materials required for each session. Responsible for aligning trainers to the government training schedule and courses. Attends all required meetings in support of the program and escalates any client concerns. Also has the knowledge and training experience to fill in as a classroom trainer if required. **Minimum Requirements:** · Able to work onsite at Hill AFB in Ogden, Utah · 5+ years of conducting in-person live and/or virtual training experience · Experience as a Team Lead or in a supervisor capacity · High School Diploma · Strong facilitation skills · Self-motivated, self-directed, persistent and detail oriented · Strong organizational skills · Willing to travel up to 100% if required **Preferred:** + BA/BS Degree + 3 years of experience conducting in-person training + Previous experience training on enterprise software or Oracle programs. + Federal or military training experience EEO Requirements It is the policy of ASM that an individual's race, color, religion, sex, disability, age, gender identity, veteran status, sexual orientation or national origin are not and will not be considered in any personnel or management decisions.
