Job Description Design and develop comprehensive training strategies aligned with project goals. Create detailed training curricula, including objectives, content, materials, and assessment methods. Develop high-quality training materials such as manuals, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules. Has worked within Articulate and Camtasia Work closely with other departments (e.g., HR, IT, Operations) to ensure training programs are integrated with overall project efforts. Coordinate with other training departments within NiSource and align Lead the work of two instructional designers Manage a complex excel database of all Clients employees and group/sort according to training needs. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide feedback to ensure effective training delivery. Maintain regular communication with project managers, team leads, and other stakeholders. Provide updates on training progress, challenges, and outcomes. Ensure all training activities are conducted within allocated resources.
