The Role\: Training Leader

Overview\: Create the different Learning needs of QUALITY domain(s) aligning with Digital Domain Leader, BPO and GSC Academy, ensuring all competencies and sub-competencies all well covered from an app/process/role perspective, making Training a consistent lever for digital transformation.

What will you do? 

 

Design Authority (governance)

1.  Based on the strategy to ADOPT and NOT ADAPT, BPO remains responsible and accountable for the arbitration and prioritization of enhancements/CHR requests, through the design authority and MUST inform the GSC Digital Domain Leader and Training Center team.

2.  Training Leader will communicate to the respective Domain ecosystem the voice of the users coming from Support (SNOW tickets) provided by Schneider Digital Support team.

3.  The Training Leader should be active in providing inputs to design authority for tool specification related to training (i.e. Digital Adoption platforms, etc)

4.  The Training Leader will collect all necessary content and population details from Design Authority (business need, benefits, process, data model/flow, analytics if any, job codes and competencies/sub-competencies) and Domain Leader (target population coverage and timeframe for deployment) for any new app or feature, and Training Leader can push back if some required content or details are missing or demo cannot be provided.

5.  The Training Leader is responsible for alerting the Domain Leader and Design Authority any risk or delay on new app or feature training/communication for deployment.

 

Deployment and Decommissioning (New tool New enhancements Roadmap)

Build a training roadmap in alignment with Digital Domain Leader and BPOs, clarifying priorities according business needs.Have all training and communication kits ready on time and aligned with roadmap defined by Digital Domain Leader.Share guidelines for Trainers, present the material to be used and ensure they feel comfortable to deliver the training with it.

  

Training

1.  Training KPIs in a balanced scorecard is the official measurement to assess if training content is up to date and meeting learning needs based on job code (learning path, competencies, sub-competencies, targeted audience).

2.  Collect business needs, benefits and processes, app architecture or connections, data model/flow, and analytics content and consolidate in one single reference document.

3.  Collect target population, job codes, users´ characteristics, competencies/sub-competencies to be considered for the training proposal seeking the best user experience

4.  Present training proposition according to points 2 and 3, get validation from Digital Domain Leader and BPO, considering GSC Academy inputs when aligned with the strategy.

5.  Test the learning object in MLL or another repository before communicating to Trainers and End Users.

6.  Ensure the target population gets assignation of the training and follow up on their progress.

7.  Coordinate Train the Trainers sessions, ensure BPO is available as the main speaker and collect all questions to prepare the FAQ document.

 

Adoption

1.  Prepare communication kits for Digital Domain Leaders and Regional resources to cascade to the community to drive adoption.

2.  Communicate the training delivery status of the target population so the Digital Domain Leader can challenge the regions as necessary.

3.  Collect and consider new material to build any learning opportunity submitted by Digital Domain Leaders and BPOs. If Innovators, SMEs or someone out of the Design Authority submit inputs, BPO should validate.

  

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Keep training pipeline data up to date for metrics to be updated automatically.Build the dashboards to monitor the KPIs automatically. (specific to one training center member)Drive necessary actions to ensure Material creation and Training Delivery targets and drive corrective actions when not achieved.

  

Who would be successful?

·  From 5-10 years of experience on GSC domains\: Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, Transportation. Experience on Performance teams and/or SPS is a plus.

·  Strong ability to create training material and communication.

·  Collaborative and a team player - Passionate and dynamic professional with the energy and ability to build trust and foster collaboration/networking across a complex matrix environment.

·  Proactive and self-starter attitude, interest to roll-up one sleeves, get things done and push the organization to deliver.

·  Communication skills, open-minded and maturity\: ability to communicate and liaise with counterparts from different parts of the organization

·  Stakeholder Management (influence and convince) at different levels (BPO, Digital Domain Leader, RSME/regional SPOC, etc) to strengthen connection, collaboration, and alignment across domains and regions.

·  Demonstrates personal leadership and collaboration in line with Schneider Electric values.

·  Must be good and fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills. Any additional language is a plus.

·  Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment and in remote with different regions.

·  Customer oriented

·  Organization and time management skills; structured way of working

·  Achieve sustainable results.

·  Take risks and innovate when applicable.

·  Able to work under pressure.

·  Strong experience using Canva, Articulate 360, Synthesia, Powerpoint, and/or any artificial intelligence tools/ eager to learn new tools.

·  Working arrangements\: Hybrid set up at least 2x in a week onsite
