**Description**
PeaceHealth is seeking a remote Training Logistics Coordinator. This remote role requires the incumbent reside in OR, WA, AK or TX by date of hire.
The Training Logistics Coordinator supports the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and usage of the Learning Management System (LMS) to coordinate the delivery of CareConnect related educational programs. Analyzes reports and incoming requests for training to ensure accurate class assignments are made in conjunction with required security templates. Coordinates logistics and resources related to scheduled classes. Ensures final completion of classes within the LMS through validation of transcripts and rosters. Reviews and runs reports in the LMS. Provides communication through various methods with caregivers within the organization. May deliver initial and ongoing CareConnect training; both in-person and using remote instructor-led methodology. Uses best-practice adult learning principles to support quality delivery. May assist instructional designers with the development and testing of curriculum.

+ Coordinates training logistics and program resources associated with CareConnect training for networks and audiences.
+ Participates in various projects within the team and interdepartmentally.
+ Gathers and documents statistical data to measure service level agreements. Suggests improvements or mitigation plans as needed.
+ May present role-based training curriculum to caregivers, in support of system and department policies, procedures and practices. Incorporates adult learning principles and contemporary teaching strategies into training delivery.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
**What you will bring:**
+ Associate degree or combination of education and experience that provides the caregiver with the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job.
+ Minimum of 2 years experience in program coordination, customer service, learning management, or training systems.
+ Experience with CareConnect or Epic nomenclature preferred.
+ Additional training or certification in areas such as human performance technology, improvement or management; process improvement; adult learning; instructional design; competency models; data collection and analysis tools; and customer needs assessments preferred.
**Additional skills:**
+ Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) advanced skills in Excel.
+ Customer service focus.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop and present concise information.
+ Ability to maintain composure and diplomacy in stressful situations.
+ Bias toward action and problem solving when faced with complex circumstances.
+ Advanced organizational and coordination skills.
**Department / Location Specific Notes:**
+ May travel within network up to 25% of the time. May travel outside of the network occasionally.
**Working Conditions**
+ Consistently operates computer and other office equipment.
+ Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
+ Sedentary work.
+ Predominantly operates in an office environment.
+ Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
+ The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $24.96 – $37.44. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.
