Training Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering a best-in-class European Internal Training Program, supporting all activities within the internal training department to ensure accomplishment of results as needed.

Preferred candidate locations: Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal.

Travelling is required: 60 % - you will be executing classroom trainings in Garching by Munich and observing, coaching Field Clinical Specialists in the field during their certification (Europe).

How you will make an impact:

Develop overarching training strategy and methodology for multiple curricula utilizing education principles (e.g., Bloom's taxonomy, VARK) to increase competencies about technical content for internal team membersContinuously assess the trainees and team members competenciesAdapt delivery to achieve training standards and outcomes utilizing technical expertise and education principlesEstablish and maintain training projects timelines, drive communication to stakeholdersObjectively measure effectiveness of educational tools, resources and programs (e.g., post-meeting survey instruments, clinical field feedback) and lead the implementation of improvementsSupport training content creation and review, ensuring documentation is targeted to the appropriate audienceManage new product launches and ensure readiness in all Internal training aspectsOther incidental duties

What you'll need (Required):

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in health related area, 8 years’ experience healthcare industry required or Master's Degree or equivalent in health related area, 6 years’ experience healthcare industry requiredExperience in similar role in industry (Application Specialist working for echo machine manufacturer) and / or experience as Cardiac Physiologist, Echocardiographer, Cardiac Sonographer, etc.)Imaging - solid Echocardiography knowledge is mandatory (imaging  certification very beneficial - TTE - transthoracic echocardiogram) or previous edge to edge therapy experience Fluent in English - you will be executing trainings in English
