Sodexo is seeking a Training Manager 1 for McLaren Health located Flint, MI.

 

The right candidate will design, implement and oversee the frontline and manager training specifically tailored to the Environmental Services Department. In this role, among other duties, the System Training Manager will select training topics, design syllabi, conduct new hire orientation, track and monitor training compliance, and support sites with training campaigns, and programs.
