Purpose of the Role:

 

Responsible for all functions of Training within Operations, covering both the management team, and the operative population.

 

This role will develop and implement the right training strategy to develop our talent across all levels of the operation, whilst working within our performance mangement framework to support the necessary development of the operative population.

 

 

Duties / Responsibilities:

 

Responsible for the strategic deployment of Training Ambassador resources in line with our performance management model Ownership of all process guides across Operations, working with functional leaders to further the development of these guides where necessary Leveraging operating models in partnership with Operations Leadership to improve processes and adherence Working in partnership with Operations Analysts to develop the necessary data sources and tools to target and monitor performance improvement Formulating and implementing core frameworks of Training operations to deliver performance metrics in a scalable and sustainable way

 


 

Knowledge / Skills / Experience:

 

2+ years experience within D2C Operations Experience within a similar role within D2C operations Demonstratable improvement to core operational metrics as a result of owned initiatives Experience working closely with Site Leadership, Particularly HR and H&S Structured and thorough in approach to analysing and presenting data Demonstratable experience in deriving actionable insights from deep dive analysis and trends Team leadership experience desirable, but not mandatory Experienced in the creation of PowerPoint presentations to share results, insights and performance with stakeholders
