Responsibilities:

The Training Manager will create and maintain baseline unit training programs.

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:

Identify future training requirements and implement training plansManage leadership development programsCoordinate with outside agencies for external trainingManage training program for multiple career disciplinesCommunicate with senior leaders and unit members to ensure training objectives are met
Schedule organizational training

Qualifications:

Qualified Candidates Will Have:

20 years professional instruction experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-starter, capable of large quantity of self-educationExperience using ISD training modelExcellent decision making and problem solving skillsStrong collaborator with high emotional intelligenceEffective time-management skills

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field OR 4 more years experience in lieu of a degree.

Clearance requirement: Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI)
