Training Manager
Training Manager - Cebu 1. Manage end to end training for multiple customer procesess. 2. Ensure all Training Deliverables are met. 3. Run value add projects which will impact Training or Business SLAs and help meet the service delivery targets set for the process 4. Manage customer expectation (Internal stakeholders and Clients) end to end. 6. Provide mentoring and coaching to support Trainers or any member of the training team to deliver as per targets 7. Primary point of contact Operations & Client for Training concerns. 8. Provide strategic direction through insights. 9. Responsible for rigorous planning of New hire batchs, Manage Classroom Bookings, implement Wipro training standards and ensure accuracy of training data that reaches the centralized groups. 10. Manage & lead Client Visits, QBR’s, Plan & facilitate Due-diligence with Training Leaders. 11. Responsible for quality, timeliness, attrition and process compliance in all deliverables. 12. Explore & incorporate capabilities and current engagements with client within Wipro for added differentiation and/or leverage. 13. Improve efficacy of training by reviewing, analyzing and exploring new training methodologies 14. Improve trainer utilization by leveraging technology. 15. Meet process training defined parameters. University Graduate - Any Discipline Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in training function for customer service environment or equivalent. Professional certification, such as CPTM, is preferred Essential Hiring Skills Proven work experience as a training manager Track record in designing and executing successful training programs Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc) Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals Evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs ptimizing training processes for efficiency Selecting and managing resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training Managing the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training Building curriculam process trainings. Should have experience in content designing, instructional designing Strong communication & interpersonal skills Ability to train and coach on Facilitation Skills, Training planning and module development Training Needs Analysis Skills Reporting of fundamental Training metrics Situational Leadership Skills Promoting Teamwork and building teams Excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills Strong passion to continuous learning and innovation High energy level and personal resilience Focus on execution and goal-oriented 'Execution and Problem solving skills. Flexible and with high level of alertness Working knowledge of computer i.e., MS-Office, Operating Systems, internet services & Online tools
